Our Mission

At Camp Curiosity, Curiosity Shoppe, and Toddler Center, our school mission is to provide high-quality educational opportunities to children while fostering each child’s intellectual, social, physical, and moral development in an academic and developmental rich school classroom and outdoor learning environment. Our summer camp mission is to provide unique, enriching options for children to develop physical, social, and creative skills in a multifaceted, outdoor environment.

Application & Handbook

All applications go on wait list when received regardless of completion and availability. Applications must be fully complete with all documents and payment to go on our wait list. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Admission is first come, first serve with COMPLETE application. We will contact parents regarding schedule conflicts when it is your child’s turn for processing.


Calendar

Annual calendar will include closed days for holidays and time for us to prepare for our campus between sessions.


Emergency Notifications

Parent sign up to receive emergency messages from our campus. Parents must register for summer and school separately, and unsubscribe when child’s enrollment permanently concludes.

Summer Meal Account

Purchase lunch and snack bar items during the camp day. All campers may order lunch, Pre-K & up can purchase snacks with account. Please Note: We require 7 DAYS to process meal accounts. Lunch Orders begin the first camp day, snack bar purchases begin the second Monday. Please email snackbar@campcuriosity.com with allergies & restrictions.

Tuesday from Pina’s Pizza III: Pepperoni or Plain Pizza with Fruit & Drink

Wednesday from Gardenville Deli: Hot Dog, Hamburger, or Cheeseburger with Fries & Drink

Thursday from Pina’s Pizza III: Cheese Steak or Italian Hoagie and Chips & Drink

Friday from Dominick’s Restaurant: Pepperoni or Plain Pizza with Fruit & Drink


What your camper needs for summer camp!

Daily items to wear:

  • Comfortable, weather appropriate camp clothing (T-shirt, shorts, clothing may get dirty, messy, sandy)

  • Sneakers (closed-toe shoes please, no sandals or flip flops; shoes may get dirty, messy, sandy)

  • Seasonal Weather Hat for sun as preferred

  • Sunscreen applied at home before arrival

Daily items to bring for your child LABELED:

  • Back Pack or Bag to keep and take home all personal belongings

  • 2 Extra Sets of Clothing (tops, bottoms, socks, underwear; clothing may get dirty, messy, sandy)

  • Swim Suit (2 suits) & Towel (one-piece or tankini swim suit for girls, shorts for boys)

  • Lunch and Drink with all utensils

  • Water Bottle or Cup labeled with child’s name to refill throughout the day

  • Sunscreen (bottle will be kept at camp, please apply before arrival each morning, label bottle with sunscreen form)

  • Any Personal Medications to be stored at camp with medication form attached

  • Specialty/Sport Camp personal items including sports footwear, gear, and equipment, fishing pole (must have swivel), tackle box (may not be opened away from fishing area). Please no pocket knives and archery bows or arrows.

  • Sweatshirt or Sweater to keep in the classroom

  • Snacks labeled for morning and afternoon snack times

  • Water Bottle or Cup

  • Sunscreen (bottle will be kept at camp, please apply before arrival each morning, label bottle with sunscreen form)

  • Any Personal Medications to be stored at camp with medication form attached
