AVAILABILITY & WAIT LIST
The dates listed in our registration packet may not display accurate AVAILABILITY for our programs as our availability fluctuates as we receive new registrations on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. All registrations will first go on WAIT LIST when received by our office. If you are interested in enrolling your child, please complete our registration form for the appropriate session and submit it to our office as soon as possible with the schedule you prefer. Once we receive your paperwork, we will contact parents when availability opens. Parents may not hear from us if space does not become available. We are not able to confirm our program availability at time of registration or tour. An email confirmation including your tuition statement from our office will confirm registration enrollment and your child's schedule. We will keep children to our wait list until the conclusion of the current session and then it is the parent's responsibility to re-register for new sessions. We DO NOT HOLD space in a program without tuition payment. If a parent would like to register for a program for a future start date, regardless of our availability at time of registration, we do not hold a space in our programs until the child’s intended start date. Parents may pay the required tuition for their child to hold that space, otherwise we will offer the space to the next child on our wait list.

January 5, 2018 for Currently Enrolled Students
February 2, 2018 Public Registration with 5% Early Discount for Grades 1-8 Only
March 2, 2018 Public Registration at Regular Rates
Confirmation for enrollment will be emailed as follows:
Summer Sessions within ONE MONTH of receipt by office
School Sessions in JULY prior to session start.

Permanent Schedule Change Policy
Permanent Schedule Cancellations and Withdraws are required in writing no less than 30 DAYS prior to effective date. Phone calls, verbal and teacher permission will not be accepted. We do not issue tuition credit for absences, illness, vacation time, holidays, and closed days. Summer session registration forms must be submitted with all vacations and absences included in the schedule. School Session cancellations will be considered a permanent change of your child’s enrolled days that may result in your forfeit of those weekdays for your child to attend.

Must include physician's signature of wellness, date of well-visit within ONE YEAR of start date, and immunization record.

Therapy Consent Form is required for child who will receive any therapy, evaluation, observation, or support from an outside party while in the care of our center.
